Spanish potato dish in the air fryer

Ingredients

  • 250 g baby potatoes/potatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 80 g chicken cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • a drizzle of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • Aïoli

Preparation

 

  1. Cut the baby potatoes into quarters.
  2. In a bowl, mix the baby potatoes, oil and paprika. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Place the baby potatoes on the pizza tray, put them in the Airfryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180°.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the courgette, onion, pepper and chicken cubes into small pieces.
  5. After 10 minutes, add the pepper, onion, rosemary and courgette to the baby potatoes. Mix everything together and then add the chicken cubes.
  6. Cook for a further 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. To finish, add a little aioli to taste.
